WELCOME TO THE HOME OF VINEYARD LITTLE LEAGUE! We are located in the city of Rancho Cucamonga and have been a part of District 71 since 2007. The Vineyard Little League Program is a nonprofit organization interested in building leadership, learning skills, teamwork and discipline. We take pride in bringing together boys and girls from Rancho Cucamonga to learn important life lessons through playing organized baseball. We encourage good sportsmanship, respect for our community and others, strong team unity, and are focused on keeping youth sports in its proper perspective. All of our volunteers are dedicated to making your child's experience a positive one. President Todd Hartman and The Board of Directors welcome all players, parents and fans. Since 1960, Vineyard Little League has been a pivotal part of our community, nurturing the baseball skills and team spirit of over 425 children aged 4-14 every spring.
We're facing a significant change this year. The planned expansion of Etiwanda Intermediate School (EIS) means we must say goodbye to our beloved baseball fields. EIS has been more than just a venue. It's a place where countless memories have been made, and where we've gathered every spring season to cheer and support our young players.
However, every challenge brings new opportunities. We are now focusing our efforts on transforming Day Creek Park into the new home for Vineyard Little League. This endeavor is not just about relocation but about enhancing and upgrading our facilities to offer top-notch opportunities for all our players.
To make this vision a reality, we are launching a fundraising campaign to develop Day Creek Park into a state-of-the-art facility that will serve as the heart of our league. Our goal is to create a space that not only meets our needs but also exceeds expectations, ensuring that we continue to provide the best possible experience for our young athletes, including our winterball league, our successful All-Star teams and the cherished challengers program.
